Inside Opportunity Manager with Danish

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria


We are looking for a high-energy, self-motivated Inside Opportunity Manager to join our rapidly expanding sales team to help us cover a project for one of the largest IT companies in the world producing technical products that touch billions of users daily.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead with the cloud and actively objection handle. The DMP IOM will be able to discover, assess, evaluate, and challenge strategic customer objectives by translating them into digital transformation opportunities that leverage Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • This role will also be able to pitch and encourage the customer to avail of the SMA
  • But if the customer is not willing undertake the SMA, agree with them what next steps could be pursued to continue the migration conversation
  • In the meantime we will secure every renewal so Microsoft ‘retains’ the relationship. As the customer relationship is secured, the DMP IOM will continue to cultivate the relationship to progress the ‘right’ customers to cloud which for DMP culminates in the customer undertaking the migration assessment  For both those orgs which are interested in transitioning in the short-term as well as those who are interested in learning more even if remaining on-prem for the foreseeable: the role must develop trusted advisor relationships. In doing so, the DMP IOM will be able to understand customer business pains, requirements, strategic growth objectives, industry trends and then provide business-value-outcome-based solutions
  • To do so, the DMP IOM will address key change scenarios (for customers) with quantifiable business value outcomes and justification.
  • The DMP IOM will support and leverage all connected sales and marketing promotions, events and strategies to progress opportunities to migration assessment phase
  • Each DMP IOM will maintain a rolling pipeline, keeping it current and in accurate stages.
  • Once the initial Reconnect phase is completed, all of the DMP IOMs must have the capability to ‘farm’ a portfolio of customers which they will continue to work with until the customer is ready to undertake the assessment
  • All DMP IOMs must have the aptitude, if no prior knowledge, to become L100 D365 pitching capability


  • Native or near-native Danish language
  • Fluency in English
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365


  • Previous experience of working to Targets;
  • Reasonable working knowledge of the IT industry;
  • Strong communication and networking skills;
  • Highly energetic, innovative and proactive individual
