Trainer with German – Wuppertal Office

Summary

We are searching for a high-energy, self-motivated Senior Trainer with German to join our company. Our ideal candidate understands our company objectives and suggests ideas to achieve them through sales training. For this position, you should combine excellent organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Experience in IT Solution Sales Environment if at least 2 years. Strong knowledge of insight sales methodology and techniques. Experience in leading internal and external Sales Trainings for German teams and customers and as well as for other European markets.

  • Preparation of all materials needed for a successful project start and project execution, development of sales materials (call scripting, briefings, Battle cards, Pain Sheets etc.);
  • Regular examination of quality (methodology, knowledge) using side-by-side coaching’s, call recording analysis and knowledge control; delivery of feedback to the representatives, deficit analysis and definition of improvement measures;
  • Knowledge transfer in order to support representatives in workshops, training sessions, round-tables, project meetings etc., including necessary preparation and wrap-up;
  • Planning of necessary improvement measures in cooperation with Delivery Managers or other department;
  • Regular status meetings with Delivery Mangers to ensure transparency of target achievements;
  • Communication of motivating internal, business related information to empower employee loyalty and avoid attrition in team meetings, personal meetings etc.;
  • Build and Grow a High-Performing Sales Team;
  • Implementing of the model “Train the Trainer”;
  • Scheduling individual and team training plans on a regular basis;
  • Evaluation of sales team performance to ensure incorporation of taught techniques;
  • Ensure the overall knowledge and quality of the Lead Generation Teams;
  • Manage the training and quality department in different European locations;
  • Determines training needs by meeting sales representatives in all comapny locations in order to identify the need of improvement;
  • Focusing on Job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments;
  • Closely collaborates with hiring managers and senior leaders.
