Our Delivery Center in Warsaw builds on 4 years’ successful experience in delivering the full scope of Contact Center Services for leading multinational corporations. It serves 3 main clients, which are large multinational corporations and including the following outsourcing services:

  • Demand Generation (Profiling, Lead Generation, Digital Demand Generation, Target Audience Research)
  • Revenue Growth (Inside Account Management, Cloud Direct, and Indirect Sales, Channel Management, Sales Academy)
  • Customer Support (Technical Support, IT-Helpdesk, Automation, and Process Optimization)
  • Back Office Services (AP, AR, Debt Collection, Payroll Services, Recruitment Process Outsourcing Services)
  • Data Services (Data Validation, Content Management, Data Analytics)


One of the most interesting projects delivered by the Warsaw team is the “Outbound sales services”. The target is generating sustainable revenue for all CEE countries and driving cloud revenue (SMB and enterprise companies). The objectives are to build a sustainable pipeline and generate revenue for all CEE countries and to drive cloud revenue through a professional-partner campaign. The target market is mid-size organizations from all industry segments/verticals and the benefits for our clients is generating direct and indirect demand for the entire client service portfolio, focused on cloud solutions.


One of the most interesting projects started in 2015. It is the Warsaw Microsoft inside sales project that continues generating direct and indirect demand for the entire client service portfolio with a strong focus on cloud solutions. It provides a high ROI for Microsoft HQ in Europe. The team is integrated into the Microsoft sales engine and drives valid revenue opportunities in the CEE countries.
