innotec presented Customer Support Services at the “Strategic Days – CRM & Call Center” Congress

innotec participated in the “Strategic Days – CRM and Call Centers” Congress that was held between 14th and 15th of November 2017. The event was organized by business and took place in Grandhotel Schloß Bensberg in Bergisch Gladbach, Germany.


The Congress aimed to concentrate international companies which are interested in Customer Support Services. The participants were able to attend innotec’s workshop sessions. The discussion was about the BPO and how can it gives to the businesses the opportunity to outsource in- and outbound services for revenue growth and effective cost management.
